Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad/WC im EG werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus. Das eine Zimmer ist 13 m2 groß, liegt im 1.Stock, hat ein großes Doppelfenster und einen Balkonzugang. Die Miete dafür beträgt 350 €. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Gardinen und Vorhänge sind bei Bedarf vorhanden, die Fenster haben aber alle einen Rolladen. In der Warmmiete enthalten sind bereits Strom, Wasser, Heizung, WLAN-Internet, Müllgebühr und Rundfunkgebühr enthalten. Ausstattung: Küche: ist ausgestattet mit Backofen, Herd, und Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine Bad: Badewanne, Dusche und WC Wohnzimmer mit eingerichteter Essecke und Couchecke mit Fernseher Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine Terrassen- und Gartennutzung Lage: Das Haus liegt in Neuhausen auf den Fildern. Bis zur Bushaltestelle nach Esslingen oder Stuttgart sind es ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg.
